Ground-breaking aircraft. Breathtaking automobiles. Exclusive settings. Delectable chocolates. These and a variety of other experiences touched the senses when Flexjet and Bombardier embarked upon a cross-country tour with the revolutionary new Learjet 85* aircraft in the fall.
Each evening delivered a truly magnificent blend of innovation and luxury, style and craftsmanship. Attendees enjoyed exclusive access to a full-scale model of the long-awaited Learjet 85 aircraft. Designed from a clean sheet and composed primarily of carbon composite material, the Learjet 85 aircraft promises to redefine the mid-size business jet.
The Learjet 85 aircraft will feature the company’s new interior design updates, newly designed seats, innovative storage solutions, a state-of-the-art cabin entertainment system and groundbreaking passenger interfaces. It is capable of accommodating eight passengers in a traditional double-club seating arrangement, with more room than ever. The aircraft offers a high-speed cruise of Mach 0.82 and a transcontinental range of up to 3,000 nm, making it the fastest and most efficient in its class.
The coast-to-coast previews immersed curious visitors in the Learjet 85 aircraft and allowed them to spend time behind the wheel of the newly redesigned Rolls-Royce Phantom or Rolls-Royce Ghost. The Phantom combines state-of-the-art technology and engineering with timeless contemporary design, once again redefining the luxury car market. Ghost offers the essence of Rolls-Royce in its simplest, purest form – advanced engineering combined with a host of hidden technology to create a dynamic yet comfortable drive.
The previews even provided the chance to tee off on a world championship course, courtesy of the ultimate golf simulation experience from Full Swing Golf, the leader in indoor golf simulation.
Fine Dining, Wine and Chocolate
Having hit a few down the fairway and felt the power of the latest offerings from Rolls-Royce, it was time to enjoy fine cuisine, paired expertly with dynamic wines from some of Napa Valley’s finest vintners. Each city featured a well-known local chef preparing his or her take on the best in modern cuisine.
For dessert, attendees experienced sumptuous, one-of-a-kind chocolate artistry from Swedish chocolatier Emanuel Andrén. Andrén, a fifth-generation chocolatier, is known for his creative developments in taste, experimental flavors and design. Go here for a full feature on Chef Andrén.
